Terms of Service
Effective September 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of N1 Yoga (“N1 Yoga”, “we”, “us”) — n1yoga.com, hashhouseyoga.com, and the N1 Yoga apps served from them, including the journal, the desktop planner and our courses (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
N1 Yoga provides tools for personal reflection and practice: written and audio journaling, AI-assisted summaries, a planner connected to your Google Calendar and Google Tasks, yoga and breathing courses, and records of your own wellness habits. The Service is under active development; features may change, be added or be removed.
2. Not medical advice
The Service is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise, breathing or wellness practice, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Stop any practice that causes pain or discomfort. If you are in crisis or have an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Yoga, breathing and physical practices involve some risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for practising within your own limits.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account and must provide accurate information.
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly at support@n1yoga.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content
You own the content you put into the Service — your journal entries, recordings, notes, roles, prompts and records (“Your Content”). You give N1 Yoga a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use a feature that needs them. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to provide it.
5. AI-generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to transcribe, summarise, synthesise or analyse Your Content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. It reflects the content you provide, not professional judgement. Review AI-generated content before relying on it, and do not treat it as medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional advice.
6. Google integrations
If you connect Google Calendar or Google Tasks, the Service acts on your instructions to read, create, update and delete events and tasks in your Google account. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms. You can revoke N1 Yoga’s access at any time from your Google Account; features that depend on it will then stop working. How we handle Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- access or attempt to access another person’s account or data;
- probe, scan or test the Service’s security, or disrupt or overload it, without our written permission;
- upload malware or content you do not have the right to share;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
If you find a security issue, please report it to support@n1yoga.com.
8. Our content
The Service — its software, design, text, course materials, audio, video and branding — belongs to N1 Yoga or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes while you comply with these terms.
9. Fees
If we introduce paid features, we will show you the price and the applicable terms before you are charged.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. We may also discontinue the Service, and will try to give reasonable notice so you can request a copy of Your Content.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, N1 Yoga will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify N1 Yoga against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from Your Content.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and if the changes are significant we will let you know through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
